Reconstructions

Image series in which propanda material produced by the British government during the Second World War is appropriated and recontextualised within 3D rendered environments. These scenes are produced in architectural visualisation software and draw on the practice of architectural collage, in which visions of the future are created from fragments of images, photos, and drawing. Rather than looking forwards, however, these images are more interested in the relationship between fragments of the past and 3D visualised scenarios.
